St Michael's Mount
In Mount's bay opposite Marazion. The jewel in Cornwall's crown, this magical island has a church, a medieval castle (home of the St Aubyn family for over 300 years), an exotic garden clinging to the steep flanks, and an ancient harbour where you will find shops, restaurant and an audio-visual presentation on the history of the Mount. Access from Marazion is by foot along the causeway, or by ferry at high water. Sensible footwear is recommended.

Trebah Gardens
The garden is the twin of Glendurgan (which has no web site) sometimes described as one of the worlds most beautiful gardens. They are sub tropical paradises set in two sunken river valleys opening onto the Helford river about two miles from Constantine. They should not be missed if you like gardens and are easily combined with the beach.
