Deposits -£75.00 and we require a £75 retainer when booking, this is refunded subject to the apartment being left as found..

by 6 weeks before arrival. If payment is not made, we may have to cancel the booking.

Rent and Availability for the year is exceptional because unlike many of our competitors, we are open all year round.

Short Breaks or Long Weekends, or even mid-week bookings are all welcome, but please be aware that this type of holiday is more available outside of Peak Season, but Contact Us for a 'Last Minute' break to check availablity

competitive, especially when you consider that we are
open all year round. Our rates start at only £295 per
week for an Off Season Booking.

There are large patio doors leading onto the balcony which is furnished with table and chairs overlooking the beach with stunning sea views. The Bathroom amenities include a full size bath complete with electric shower, wc, and shaving point.
